Gameloft have rectified this by including all the diversions as well as a host of properties that you can purchase.
These properties give you a certain amount of money in a particular amount of time, and you can try to own all of the properties in each district to maximize your potential income. Generally, the shorter the time that you receive each payment, the better – though if you only play Gangstar Vegas every now and then, the longer timescales can be better.
